Celebration of the 20th anniversary of the EAPA
The European Association of Psychological Assessment (EAPA) has celebrated its 20 anniversary lately.
Since the initial meeting in Madrid in June of 1990, our association has not only witnessed the growth of psychological assessment in our continent, but also contributed to it to a great extent. Many colleagues have made this possible along these past years. In the next years we will continue working in the same direction, using different means to advance the scientific and professional study of psychological assessment. The newly revamped website and the recently inaugurated listserv are just two examples of the dynamism that EAPA may need for the future. Biannual conferences and other initiatives that will be developed within the association seem to be the always necessary ingredient for the advancement of psychological assessment. We want to celebrate this anniversary with all of you and to contribute to the success of EAPA with a renovated appearance. We hope that you will join us in this endeavor by sending your suggestions for improvement, proposing initiatives, participating in conferences and in virtual forums, or in another manner that you think more suitable for the achievement of the aims of EAPA.
