New Impact Factor for EJPA

Impact Factor for 2010 for the European Journal of Psychological Assessment: 1.824.

Dear EAPA member,

ISI has published the impact factors for 2010. This is very good news for European Journal of Psychological Assessment since the impact factor is now 1.824. There are only two other assessment journals with a larger impact factor. This outcome demonstrates the good reputation and visibility of our journal in the scientific community. The articles published in European Journal of Psychological Assessment are obviously considered as valuable news that needs to be considered in the own research work.

We can look back on an almost continuous rise. In 2007 the impact factor surmounted the 1.0 barrier for the first time. In 2008 it was 1.262, and in 2009 it reached 1.561. This is a very enjoyable development, and the outcome of this year is a great event for the journal and for EAPA. It confirms that the establishment and maintenance of this journal by EAPA is an invaluable service for the assessment community. We can be proud on this journal.

Sincerely yours,
